Shipping Locations

    We ship with pride throughout the USA and beyond.

    • Your order will be sent from one of our warehouses based on stock availability.
    • If the USA warehouse does not have the item in stock, we may ship your order from another location without notifying you.
    • For returns, the items must be sent back to the warehouse address indicated in the return instructions you received.

    Shipping Costs

      We extend the following offer:

      • We provide free of charge Standard Shipping to all countries and territories across the globe regardless of the order value.
      • The price indicated on your order summary is the amount you are expected to pay in full- there are no additional costs to shipping.

      Order Processing Time

        • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday during our operational hours.
        • In most scenarios, orders are processed and prepared for shipment within one to three working days.
        • Any orders made after operational hours, on weekends, or during holidays, will only be processed on the first working day thereafter.

        Estimated Delivery Times

          The following delivery time estimates are only indicative and will always begin after processing time is accounted for.

          • USA Orders: 3 to 6 working days
          • International Orders: 7 to 21 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

          Note: Estimated delivery times depend on courier delays as well as customs and local delivery conditions.

            Address Changes

              • If you would like to update your shipping address, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order.
              • This is the only time we can guarantee making any changes, as your order may already be processed after 24 hours.
              • Once shipped, the delivery address is permanently set.

              Order Cancellations

                • In cases where an order has not shipped yet, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
                • Once the order is shipped, it may no longer be cancelled, but according to our Refund and Returns policy, it can still be returned.

                Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

                  • If your order is delivered with damage, you must report your claim within 7 days after it has been delivered.
                  • In cases where a package has been lost during the shipping process, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we may escalate the matter with the courier.
                  • If you are reporting damaged items to us, please preserve all the wrapping materials as they may be essential for the courier claim.
