Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Conditions for Returns

The item is qualifying for return,

  • It needs to be in its original unsealed condition,
  • All are tagged and in the original packaging.
  • During the return, a receipt or order confirmation is essential.

How to Start a Return

  • You need to send an email with the order number and the return reason to info@hussainjackets.com.
  • And if your return claim is sustained, we will issue return instructions with the corresponding address.
  • You will need prior authorization to send your request, otherwise, it will not be accepted at our facility.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For whatever reason, if the customer has changed their mind, ordered a wrong size or has chosen an item based on personal preference: The customer will pay return shipping.
  • If the return reason is our fault, the item will be returned, and the customer has defaulted or damaged it, then we will deem it our responsibility to pay the return shipping. You may be issued a return prepaid shipping label, or you will be reimbursed the return standard shipping.

Wrong and Damaged Items

At the present time, we do not accept any form of direct exchanges. The easiest, quickest, and most efficient way is to return the unwanted item, and submit a new order after return acceptance for the correct size or style of item.

Order Cancellation

  • An order may be canceled for a full refund as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • In the case the order is already shipped, it does not have the option of cancellation. In this case, it must be returned according to the Refund and Returns policy.

Refund Process

  • You will be notified on your refund status after we have received the returned item and completed the necessary inspection.
  • Approved refunds are given back to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
